Chile: Platinum Sponsor of the Washington, DC 2006 Restaurant Awards Gala
The 2005 Restaurant Awards Gala opened a new path of collaboration between Chile and the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). Chefs, restaurant owners, restaurants managers, and certainly their Washingtonian clients, have now a more accurate knowledge of Chile and its products.
Chile’s participation in the 2006 RAMMYS will be even more significant than last year. Chile is not only highlighting this dinner through its wines (Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc 2005, Santa Carolina Carmenčre Barrica 2003, and Santa Rita Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2003) but is also providing its olive oil (Kardámili, Olave, and Terramater), fresh fruits and one of its most exotic preserved fruits, the Chilean carica from Tamaya Gourmet.
This endeavor represents Chile’s strong commitment with the restaurant community of the Metropolitan Washington area and its willingness to be part of this world-class culinary destination.
The RAMMYS provides a very good opportunity to promote Chile as well as its excellent quality products. Furthermore, it also offers new ideas, themes and flavors to the DC restaurant community.
